Full Moon Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants lie down and listen to various sounds and vibrations produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The sounds are believed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Sound baths are suitable for all ages and can be a great way to unwind and recharge after a busy day.

Join us every full moon to sit in meditation, relax, and meet likeminded individuals.
