Mullen is a great plant which can be found in parts of europe, asian, and the amarica's. It has been widly usued through out history for respiratory issues and was once widly used durring the 1800's when there was a turburculosus outbreak in europe. Mullen is known to reduce inflamation of the lungs, this helps with coughing, congestion, broncitus and asthma. Some studies have also shown the benifits of mullen to help with the swelling of gout. Due to its anti inflammatory properties it has also shown to help aid migrains and sleep problems. Mullen is both anti inflammatory and antispasmotic.
Mullen is high is magnesium and calcium. It also helps with vitamin C exspecially if smoked.
Internal uses: Great for teas when dealing with a cold or respiratory issues. Good for aiding the pain from gout and other inflammatory issues exspecially that of the lymph glads. It is an expectorant which helps get rid of phlegm in the body.
Mullen helps with bladder issues such as UTI, cramps, and aids in strengthening the uninary tract muscles to help with bladder control.
An unusual benifit that many may not know is that mullen is fine to smoke. Infact it helps with anxiety when added to other herbs and helps alliviate sore throats and other respiratroy symptoms when used this way.
When made into an an oil it is a great tool for ear aches, as it releaves the pain and helps with the inflammation.

Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our contact page. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, we will offer an exchange of any product worth the same value or less in our online store.

Due to the fine little "Hairs" on this plant it can cause skin irritation. Soak and strain the leaves before use. MAKE SURE YOU STRAIN WELL if you are drinking it. All herbs must have a patch test first to test allergies. This is done by soaking then strainging the herb. Placing it on a part of the skin for 5 minutes and then watched for up to 15 minutes for irritations.
