Shipping & Returns
At Pirate Industries most of our items are shipped standard, yet they are packaged with care. Many of our items are very fragile, we wrap these items in bubble wrap however many items that are not very fragile will be wrapped in tissue paper to insure that they are protected for their journey. If you would like your items faster we can offer better shipping just let us know in the comments section. For items over 100$ we offer free shipping as long as it does not include any brass items as they tend to be very heavy.
For our international costumers we do offer shipping at 20$ prepackage this helps insure the product will arrive safely and through a trusted carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
How do I return an item?
If an item was damaged during delivery or if you received the wrong item, you have 72 hours to send an email describing what is wrong with your order so that we may work to fix the issue. You must provide a picture of the damaged goods and a copy of the receipt in the email. Once the email has been received and read, we will send instructions on how to finish the return, we do not give refunds, however you will receive store credit or another item if we have multiples.
What is your returns policy?
For any damages or reason for displeasure after receiving one of our items there is a 72 hour time period in which you must contact us about said item. If you do not contact us within the time frame we cannot help. There will be no reimbursing, but we will give full credit on our online store for items of equal value or less.
